Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at orders@nandikajewellers.in or call our customer support. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

1.2 After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the product as per our return policy after receiving it.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. Custom-made or personalized jewellery items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

2.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags, certificates, and accessories must be included
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale or clearance (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3.2 Refund Amount

  • Full refund for defective or damaged products
  • Full refund minus shipping charges for other eligible returns
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

3.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Await return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the provided address

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
